Registration is $70 for VABF members and $95 for non-members if postmarked by January 24; please note that you can become a member of VABF now to take advantage of the VABF member special registration pricing!
This fee covers your handout materials, Friday
dinner and Saturday lunch; lodging is arranged separately, details found HERE.
Please note that after January 24, registration is $125. Checks
or money orders must accompany the registration form, and be
made payable to “VABF.”
Sorry, we cannot accept credit cards. You will be notified by
email from biofarmingconf@hotmail.com of receipt of your registration form and check.
Youth registration and program is $35, and $30 for each additional child; youth program information is available HERE, updated regularly.
Vendor Inquiries Welcome. Spots are available for vendors with products or services related to responsible farming and organic production methods.
Vendor registration (includes table), is available for $125; a literature display only is available for $25. If you are a vendor and desire a presence at the 2008 VABF Conference you must download and send in the regular registration form in addition to contacting Chris Mullins at
cmullins@vsu.edu.
General Cancellation Policy – If you register and find you cannot attend the conference, you may send a substitute. There is no one-day rate. Please notify Marilyn Buerkens (540) 291-4333 about any changes in your reservation in advance of the conference. A full refund will be issued ONLY if you request one by telephone or email by January 21, 2008. Please let us know if you have a disability and need special services.
