CFSA seeks Community Outreach Coordinator

SUSTAINABLE AG ACTIVISTS WANTED.
The Carolina Farm Stewardship Association, a non-profit agency supporting sustainable farmers and food systems in the Carolinas, is pleased to announce that we are hiring for a new position in our Pittsboro office, a Community Outreach Coordinator. This position will play a critical role in continuing and expanding CFSA’s sustainable ag outreach efforts, and in helping us do a better job of connecting with others working to promote sustainable food systems. A key responsibility will be implementing our grassroots leadership development program, which is designed to empower our community to influence ag policy at the local level.

Position requires experience in:

• non-profit project management
• developing and implementing community outreach programs
• grant writing
• grassroots organizing
